If our new book selection does not arrive tomorrow, we will NOT be having book club this week. I will email book club attendee's on Monday with the status.
** Thursday, November 4th - Integral Yoga with Pam (6:00pm - 7:30pm)
Pam will be offering her class on the following dates for the remainder of the Fall: This Thursday, November 4th, November 18th and December 2nd.
** Saturday, November 6th - Family Yoga (12:00pm - 1:00pm)
Enjoy the practice of yoga with your son or daughter. This one-hour session will include active breathing exercises, playful and simple movements, relaxation and lots of FUN! Ages 8 and up. Previous yoga experience is not necessary.

** Thanksgiving Holiday
Heated Yoga will be canceled on Wednesday, November 24th and all classes will canceled on Thursday, November 25th and Friday November 26th. The Saturday morning class (8:30am - 10:00am) on November 27th will be offered as well as the Introduction to QiGong Workshop.

This particular QiGong system has (4) simple distinct movements, combined with breathing for a complete energy system strengthening and balancing. Class will conclude with a self foot massage.
