PASSING STORM Steve P. gave me a link to software converting .wav files to .mp3 so now my music is in mp3 format will this work? click n see (hear)

it worked ! thanks Steve! thanks Phill for your comment earlier to use Audacity software.

OK this is what I did:

1)loaded audacity software to my netbook

2)transferred to a flash drive from my netbook.


3)transfered from the flash drive to my desktop computer

4) connected the PHONO OUT jack on my Yamaha keyboard to the LINE IN jack on my desktop comp (in the back color coded blue) and played something while using the recording software

5) transfered the recorded .wav file from my desk top to a flash drive

6)transfered the .wav file from the flash to my netbook

7) used the software in my netbook to convert the .wav file to an .mp3 file

8)loaded the .mp3 file from my netbook to thre DivShare net site.

9) copied the EMBED code from DivShare

10) pasted the EMBED code to the Lig Liv Blog post.


Nothing to it! I had to use all these steps as my netbook is connected to the internet but my desktopisnt and my netbook doesnt record but my desk top does.
