Please take a moment to enjoy the current art exhibition at the Student gallery of Ligonier Valley located in the Ligonier Town Hall. The current show will run until April 28th. A spring show will open on May 12th with an artists’ reception from 6:30-7:30 pm. The reception is open to the public. The gallery experience is a nice opportunity to enjoy wonderful artwork while supporting our young community members.
Gallery Background
The Student Gallery of Ligonier Valley, located in the historic Ligonier Town Hall, is made possible through a partnership of private and public school art teachers with the support of their school communities and the Ligonier Borough Council. Our mission is to provide a special means to showcase and celebrate the Visual Arts accomplishments of our community children while fostering creative thought and production. The gallery features artwork by children in grades K through 12. Several yearly exhibitions insure the Town Hall community room will always be filled with wonderful student artwork for all to enjoy. The Student Gallery of Ligonier Valley, established in 2005, is funded entirely by private donations, corporate sponsors, and grants.
