I have to ask this question.....what has happened to the audience for the Valley Players?

The hard truth is that there have been some not so good shows over the last several years  BUT  - and this is WHY I am posting that hard truth - the last few shows have been some of the best I've seen on the Ligonier stage.

There is a renaissance taking place at the Ligonier Theater.  There are quality directors creating excellence again and it's not all the same ole thing.

Last night Marianne and I just kept looking at each other during the show saying "that wouldn't have been allowed before" and "wow" and so on.

I am posting this to reach out to YOU the former audience member who has turned away from the Valley Players because you've been disappointed.

Come back.  You will NOT be disappointed in the quality of performance.

This is still community theater and not professional and as with all community theater, we are watching our neighbors and friends, but under the leadership of quality directors who are not stifled by prudish caution, we are seeing some wonderful entertainment.

TAKE A CHANCE AND GO TO THE LIGONIER THEATER TONIGHT OR TOMORROW AND WATCH SUMMER OF LOVE.

YOU'LL LOVE IT.
