Hey, Shelly's back in town! Good hire, Ligonier Township. We are fortunate to have such an experienced zoning officer.

Ligonier Township supervisors voted to hire Shelly Kaltenbaugh as zoning officer during Tuesday's meeting.
Supervisor Tim Komar said Kaltenbaugh, who lives in Monroeville, is a former resident of Ligonier and previously worked as Monroeville's zoning officer. He said her more than 20 years of zoning experience made her a prime candidate for the position.
Komar said Kaltenbaugh retired early and applied for the Ligonier position to supplement her pension income. She will be paid $15 an hour with benefits, but she will not receive health care benefits as that is already taken care of in her pension, Komar said.
