old bank building gets new life

The Ligonier planning commission voted 3-1 to recommend to council the approval of a conditional-use application for Financial Services to open in the former Sewickley Spa building at 112 N. Market St.
Eric Elek operates Financial Services, a financial planning company in Pittsburgh and Texas, which offers planning for investments such as stocks, bonds and mutual funds. He wants to purchase the building on North Market Street to open an additional location.
