Rosary Acres

Rosary Acres, a local co-op grocery store, will close its doors to customers on Wednesday after offering natural, organic and local farm-to-table foods to healthy eating-conscious customers for more than two years.
Rick and Lisa Adams founded the co-op concept in 2009 with the goal of getting everyone in the community what they need to eat, cook, live and feel better with foods that are as local, natural, fresh or organic as possible.
The Adams' started out with only a Frankferd Farm Foods Catalog and the family van delivering every other Friday.
When customers expressed a desire for a co-op type store in Ligonier, the Adams' opened a storefront in Ligonier in 2011, with more than 6,000 items in stock.
Now, the family faces its next big change, closing Rosary Acres.
“We had a good run,” said Rick Adams.
