singers and Santas wanted

Hello friends of the Valley Players of Ligonier,
I'm directing the Ligonier Christmas Show this year and would like to invite you to join us. We are looking for voices for our Christmas choir. Our music director is Jean McMahon.
Choir rehearsals start Nov. 4th. every Monday 7 to 9pm, till the shows onDec. 7 at 2:30 and 7:30 and Dec. 8 at 2:30 Dress rehearsal on Dec. 6, 6 to 9pm.
The first half of our show is "Yes, Virginia" a children's musical which has been cast. Auditions were held on Oct 20th and 21st. It's a story about a little girl who writes to the editor of a New York newspaper in 1897, asking if Santa Claus is real.
We still need 8 santas (adults ok, representing different countries, preferably taller than a 13 year old!) . One song and dance.
If you are under 18 and would like to sing and dance in the chorus of "Yes, Virginia", please respond to this email and come to rehearsals starting thisMonday, Oct. 28. from 6 to 8:30. All other rehearsals are from 6 to 8. "Yes Virginia" rehearsals are MondayTuesday and Wednesdayon Sunday andMonday, Nov. 24 and 25, and Dec. 1 and 2. Dress rehearsal on Dec. 6.
The second act of our show it the Traditional story of Christmas. The holy family, wise men, shepherds and townspeople telling the story.
We'll be singing,  “It's The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year”, “Ding Dong Merrily On High”, “Christmas is Coming”
“The Christmas Song”, “Carol of The Bells” , “O Come, O Come, Emmanuel”, “Ave Maria”, “Breath of Heaven”,
“Song of Angels”, “Do You Hear What I Hear”, “One King” , “Mary Did You Know”, “Go Tell It On The Mountain” , “Hallelujah Chorus Hymn” .“We Crown You Lord of All” and “Amen”

Victorian dress throughout so no changing of costumes. Adult choir is only in the second half of the show. Unless we need you for Santas in the first half.
We need a choir! So if you or anyone you know would like to sing please spread the word.
You can call the theater and leave your name and number (724-238-6514) or just come to our first choir rehearsal on Nov. 4th at 7:00.
I don't have phone numbers (or email addresses) of everyone who has sung in our choir in the past. If you do, please notify them.
Your help and participation are always greatly appreciated.
