Nonprofit organizations and municipalities along the Lincoln Highway in Westmoreland County who have small recreational, natural, or historical projects, and are interested in applying for funding, must attend (two from each organization or municipality) the Lincoln Highway Mini-Grant Workshop on Tuesday, March 11 at 1 p.m. at the Lincoln Highway Experience, 3435 State Route 30 East, Latrobe, PA 15650. Funding requests from $1,500 to $5,000 will be discussed, and the application and grant guidelines will be reviewed; all requests require a cash match.
