Valley Players go Shakespeare for summer camp

The Valley Players of Ligonier Announce A New Twist on Our Annual Theatre Summer Camp
SUMMER CAMP SHAKES – UP


This year’s theatre summer camp will feature a Shakespearian Theme. Camp runs for two weeks from July 7 to 11 and July 14 to 18 from9am until 3pm. Students will learn all aspects of acting, singing, dancing, stage battle, and lights and sound. With special guest directors through-out the two week camp.
One of or special directors will be joining us from Broadway, Mark Baker. He was a Tony nominee in 1974 for his role in Candide. This role won him the Theatre World Award. He has performed in many Broadway productions.
Camp is limited to the first 25 students to register. Ages 8 to 17 may register. Get your brochure and pre-registration form by calling the theatre at 724-238-6514 Ext. 3 or pick up a brochure in the outer lobby by the front doors. Our summer camp shakes up with two performances by the students at the end of camp. They will be performing a musical parody of Hamlet. Hurry register today, camp will fill up quickly.  Cost of the two week camp $300.00 per student with a $100.00 sibling discount for second child. Snacks will be provided lunch is the responsibility of the student.
