We have plenty of salt.

Thanks to a mild winter, local communities have been able to enjoy financial savings and hold on to road salt stockpiles.
In a typical year, Pittsburgh sees about 22.7 inches of snowfall by Feb. 1 and a seasonal snowfall total of 41.4 inches, according to the National Weather Service.
This year, Pittsburgh has had just 10.3 inches of snowfall, weather service meteorologist Lee Hendricks said.
Ligonier Township's salt supply is full and in good shape, Manager Terry Carcella said. Township crews treat about 98 miles of roads.
