free museum day

The Ligonier Valley is a treasure trove of history and art, from its post at Loyalhanna and iconic highway to an 18th-century inn and log cabin gallery.
In early May, six museums will open their doors to educate visitors on the valley's cultural offerings, free of charge.
Free Museum Day will be held 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. May 3 during which free admission will be offered at the Lincoln Highway Experience, Antiochian Heritage Museum, Fort Ligonier, Ligonier Valley Rail Road Museum, Compass Inn Museum at the Ligonier Valley Historical Society and Southern Alleghenies Museum of Art.
