Tastes of the Town

Tickets are on sale now for one of the area's foodie-friendliest events.
The 24th annual Tastes of the Town, hosted by the Compass Inn and Ligonier Valley Historical Society, will be held 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. April 16 at The Cedars at the Antiochian Village and Conference Center. Guests will experience taste-sized portions of the best of area restaurant and caterers' menus at the event that supports the historical society's mission, the Compass Inn, the Laurel Hill Iron Furnace in New Florence, and seven historic small cemeteries in the Valley.
“We want to put the restaurants kind of center stage and make it all about them,” said Jason Ament, chairman of the event committee and Ligonier Valley Historical Society board member.
