Learn to cook tasty and nutritious meals like those served at Mountain Palace. Lacy will be sharing her cooking skills and healthy food content knowledge this Sunday. Discover dishes that will not only taste good and are easy to prepare, but also benefit your health. Tomorrow will include instruction in how to prepare her soups and chaofan (northern Chinese fried rice).

Among the items being taught is the idea of using watermelon rind in soups. Watermelon rind is packed with nutrients and is quite tasty. The rind contains citrulline which not only acts as a diuretic but in Traditional Chinese Medicine is compared to Viagra. It is also used in the treatment of diabetes, edema, acne, erectile dysfunction, constipation and wound healing.
