Wood Ear & Chinese Cabbage Special

Mountain Palace Weekly Special
Chinese Cabbage, Wood Ears and Pork with Rice
A Wood Ear (Mu Er) is a mushroom that grows in the tops of trees. They are very nutritious and have been documented by several Japanese medical research facilities to have strong anti-cancer properties. They are also effective in reducing cholesterol and increasing immunity. Scientific studies suggest compounds in Chinese cabbage are known to offer protection against breast, colon and prostate cancers and help reduce LDL or "bad cholesterol" levels in the blood.
Come to Mountain Palace this weekend to experience this unique food item for yourself. We are the only restaurant within about 8,000 miles to have a Mu Er special!
